    I received my order neatly packaged in time. The package included a warm greeting from Fashions On Trend. The quality of the fabric and color is as I expected. Unfortunately I have another experience with Order Number 12-12213-96699. I decided to return this sculpture to eBay - exotic_bronze. The exotic bronze received item damaged. The marble base was damaged. USPS responded this package type is not eligible for claim submission. Could you charge me for base and restoration work only? Thanks
