Power Max PM3-55 AMP Converter
Replaced our OEM unit with the Power Max was basically identical in size mount pattern was slightly different and was easy to mount.
Note: Ground mounting position was in a different place on the Power Max vs our OEM unit, so we removed our OEM ground mount to the same position as our OEM unit, this did require drilling and riveting the ground nut onto the Power Max unit.
Power Max unit is a direct fit to the OEM unit, operates great and produced 14.5 volts on our house batteries, we never did hear the fan operating on the Power Max so we assume the unit never heated up enough for the fan to come on, so we were pleased the unit operates as it should and ran cool.
We would recommend the Power Max to our friends and anyone searching for a reliable unit that is almost identical to the OEM model on our 1996 Bounder P-30 30' Motorhome.

Works better than Black Light bulbs..
