Product may not be better than sliced bread, it is, however, printer ink in cartridge. When it works, most of us are pleased. I did notice the size of the cartridge and the amount of ink within is less than replacement cartridges of a short time ago. Aside from obvious changes, the products work, (in my DeskJet printer at least ), well. I'll quickly get used to replacing cartridges more often in favor of a fair price for those smaller ink cartridges. Delivery and price point ere exceptional and I would hop this store again. A+++

Overall, a good home office shredder for as long as it may last.

Small, powerful, quick shred, but not quiet. Top motor element is heavy and awkward to lift off the shred collection hopper. Minor complaints that I'll get used to in time. Top mounted controls are easy to set and once set it stays set. Overall, a good home office shredder for as long as it may last.
