It is very easy to overfill the 5ml bacteria vial. Use a cup to pour in and not faucet. If you do use the faucet just make sure it's almost to a drip.

Great product, easy to use, and well wrote out directions. This kit has everything you need and the test results are black and white(they are in color), no gray area to leave you guessing.
