The hood is very thin and extra flimsy. Out of round and misshaped
The hood is very thin and extra flimsy. The hood came out of round and misshaped. 58mm hood Vignettes on lenses wider than 30mm with full frame. If you pull it back one notch like they recommend it does not block any side light so you still get flare.

Heavy But Only Holds 6lbs Max. Legs don't lock
2 of 3 found this helpful Heavy and fairly solid but can only hold 6lbs max. This is not enough to hold a dslr with a large lens. The legs only have 2 positions and not 3 like most tripods. The legs don't lock completely. They can still be moved inward and shift but do not bend farther up. The telescoping leg locks feel odd to twist and lock. They tend to unscrew and come apart. Ball head is also very stiff and not very fluid for motion.

Good Game
