Poor quality and defective assembly.
I was disappointed with the quality of the assembly of the product. The sharpened was misaligned and destroyed the rear grinding wheel and stopped the blade. the rotation alignment screw was loose. The meat tray was out of alignment and had to be adjusted. The blade center guard was jammed tight and I had to tap the screw with a small hammer to break it loose. I would recommend that anyone buying this product carefully check out all alignments and make certain all parts are properly adjusted and tight
