  SELLERS BEWARE....buyer was very unreasonable and would not accept that items being held up by Royal Mail at her local depot was out of the our control. We replied to every message and provided addition tracking info from the Royal Mail website; however, buyer would not listen and posted negative review. Item arrive a day after they raised a request through ebay. Asked if buyer would ammend feedback to natural, but completely ignored our request. Dreadful.
