Wheel assembly hardship

I could not get the wheels to snap onto the plastic knob. Finally, I got so-o-o mad at it I slammed it and it popped into place. I'm a senior woman with limited strength, but it worked! The company gave me a $5 credit because of my problems & the fact it wasn't what the video showed. The video had metal spokes and then the wheels just popped on.

Installation tricky!

It came with no instructions, and after trying to put them on, I decided to go to a Kia dealership to have some help. It took a little time to install, but all is good!

A lot of trouble.

There were no instructions and two other people, one a mechanic, tried to install it and could not. Now I have to take it to a dealership to install.
