Better than throwing away batteries
Cheap, holds several batteries at a time (including 9 volt) and is much better than throwing away batteries. I had one before (not this model) and batteries will eventually get to the point they can't recharge, but it's nice to get several uses out of them. Only downside is lack of description; the solid red light means the battery is being charged, and it goes off when done. Woulda been nice to know that up front, rather than just assume everything was fine

Pretty good value for hiking with your dog
Pretty good. The flip-lid is convenient, if a trifle messy, if your dogs doesn't drink it all. What would make a 5-star product would be if it had belt clip. Still, I use it (or my dog does) almost every day.

Best all-around book on Italian cooking
I gave my copy to my daughter, so I got this as a replacement. Best overall book on Italian cooking in the estimation of a lot of people. You really need to try the pesto recipe
