Useful, but falls far short of specs.
This is a simple, small light, illuminating a wide area, ideal for use a work light in confined spaces. The best feature is that it's single-mode, without any of the pointless flashing modes that most lights have.
The specification says 1000 lumens, but either they mistakenly added one too many zeros, or it's some sort of joke, because it's far, far less than that. Nonetheless, it produces enough light to be useful.
The specification also says that it can take a 14500 battery, but that is not true. The driver is a simple boost converter, so it is completely incapable of working with a battery of 3V. If you try using one, it will draw excessive current and burn out. It draws about 0.5A from a normal AA battery.
Build quality is low, but good enough considering the low price.

Ergonomically terrific
This trackball is perfectly shaped to use in one hand. With the left/right mouse button under your fingers, and the ball under your thumb it's easy to drag+drop. The selection of extra buttons is reasonable (scroll wheel/middle button, back/forward, and media keys). It's symmetrical, so it works just as well in either hand.
Being powered by replaceable AAA batteries is nice, although that comes at the expense of USB charging. Battery life seems reasonable - I haven't had it long enough to need to recharge yet, but at the rate its going it will last many weeks.
Using Bluetooth instead of proprietary 2.4GHz wireless is good for compatibility. The range is really short though - any more than about 3m and even putting your hand between the trackball and computer can break the connection.
Overall, this is the best remote input device i've used.
