could not get yours to cast , i put it in the box it came in. wasted my money buying this

could not understand how to use an app to make it work
i had purchsed another one before this one..
it did not require an app to make it work
i plugged in my tv, went to my desktop computer and went to the casy button, pushed it and it casted the image on my desktop screen to my tv, simple.
very much dissapointed in the one i bought from you
