Lack of heat from product
Buyer beware. These are not old school heaters. You know the ones that may burn your skin. Needed this to keep food hot during deliveries. Forget about, Luke warm at best. Also bought one from CVS with the same results.

Read instructions before returning
2 of 2 found this helpful Buttons are not intuitive. Needs to shut down and cut back on to play new video. It's good for the price but make sure you read instructions. This is not a normal remote. Buttons look as though they do one function but perform another. Left side clearly says repeat. Had to find out without reading instructions. Please read instructions before returning. Delicate but decent unit for the price.

Not a replacement for Mac pros or iMac with existing optical drives
Does not work as a replacement for existing fail drives with optical dvd cd drive. Sellers are not stating this. I had to actually send screen shots from Apple support to prove this.
