It makes the hair smooth and shiny like the name.
A great hairspray II makes your hair shiny and sleek, like the name of it. I have to wash my hair after I use it because it becomes so stiff. But that's okay since I wash my hair every day every day.

Lightweight with hair holding power
I use it all the time on my unruly hair. It's the only thing that works on my unruly hair.
