Captains Cap
This is not one you might keep for years and years as the manufacturing appears quite cheap, but that said, it's good enough to wear a couple of times without anyone else being the wiser that it isn't an expensive version.
Worked well for the one time I wore it in a show that I bought it for. I bagged it up and put it away. We'll see what it looks like when I need it again down the road.

Easier on my eyes
Makes wire terminating much easier when you don't do them all the time. No worries about getting the sequence wrong or not getting wires all the way into the top of the plug.
