Stereo to mono? Oh, yes.

Needed this critter so I could connect my soundbar to a subwoofer. Without it, I heard a horrific (and LOUD) hum. With it, i hear only thumping bass, extending the soundbar’s frequency response exponentially. Yay!

A brilliant work/performance

JS Bach’s Weihnachtsoratorium + Concentus Musicus Wien = A necessary part of every music library (imo, of course). This composition, its performance, recording/engineering/production — all brilliant. Not just for enjoying around Christmas.

A perfect storm (TWO, actually)

Awesome example of Mother Nature’s power. This CD is also (1) a sleep aid for some, and (2) a great way to test your stereo’s speakers/headphones.
