  Package with new tool arrived exactly on time, securely packaged in another box with additional packing to ensure no damage. Haven't gotten a chance to use it yet, but it looks exactly as described, new from opened box . However, tool manual is missing. Price was much cheaper than any local outlet., even after adding freight!
