  WARNING!!! HUGE WASTE of Time!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE! Seller sent DEFECTIVE laptop; wanted ME to fix it. He said he would only pay for a portion of a used part needed, nothing for labor! I said unacceptable. Next he suggested a refund (less shipping), I would keep & fix laptop at my cost. Then he requested I cancel the return. BUT he NEVER issued a refund. Instead, he requested me to do more work for him (for free). Apparently, he was trying to get insurance $$$. This was NOT damaged by USPS.

  I offered to send him a replacement part but he declined. He stated he wanted a brand new hard drive for a used laptop. He stopped responding for a few days and then I asked if he there was any damage upon shipping. After saying there was no damage I agreed to fully refund him, I sent him a label through Ebay and it took him 2 weeks to send the laptop back. I'm not sure what he is complaining about since he got all his money back and I lost out in shipping both ways. I used UPS, not USPS.
