This book is a must read and an excellent Christmas Gift.
This is a well written book. The facts & information are laid out in a clear outline as to make everything relevant to the reader. This book is a must read & would make an excellent Christmas gift.

Rough interior
The weight of this pan is lighter than most and easier to handle. The silicone handle is a nice bonus. That is where the features stop. The interior is a sandy rough finish just like the outside of the pan and everything sticks. There is no amount of "seasoning to help food release". Not worth the money.

I am just stunned how criminal the Clintons are and still not in jail.
