Just ok
Nice construction yet not as universal as Milescraft 14000713 .
milescraft has 4 guide bars and accommodates vivot for circle cutting.

good directions with enough recipes to satisfy all tastes
For a beginning pressure cooker this is a fine book A bit too thick for countertop use yet precise directions given for each recipe assures that thorough research was given .
Cauliflower puree soup recipe was flexible for me to add mushrooms and zest of nutmeg .
Sorry I ate it before thinking of a photo.
Because cookers depend on steam to create the proper environment Cutting the recipe in half and cooking with the full amount of water worked out with fine results. ( chicken stock 1/2)

Colorful with lots of in depth confidence building information
volume two adds ATK's 2nd "flour" formula using Teff. Teff has a better calcium content than many other gluten or non gluten flours . Departing from the customary brands of king arthur , arrow head and bob's red mill .
Both volumes describes binders and starch structures of non glutens and why their recipes work .
I've tried the brazilian cheese bread (tapioca not manioca ) and with a gram scale cut it in half for 12 cheese balls and it worked out perfectly so I will assume the same for the 75 plus recipes of each book.
Except for the occasional millet bread recipe I've given up on internet sites and keeping with ATK's books.
