Perfect!
This adapter is exactly the right one for plugging a 2mm pin plug into a banana jack. It has spring tension in the jack, and works perfectly. For some reason, it was hard to find someone who made these.

They don't last, they break easily.
One of the two new impellers broke an ear after only one month, with about an hour of running. Hopefully the second one will last longer.
Update, the second one broke off an ear one month later, after about 2 hours total use. The original in the pump lasted many years.

Immediate improvement on my 2008 Bullitt!
My 2008 Mustang Bullitt has always shifted with effort. Immediately, the synchros started working with ease, and it drops into first and reverse at standstill without pushing the shifter hard.
