Really really loud!
2 of 2 found this helpful I've used one of these for years and it always works great. This is the only alarm clock I have had that is loud enough to consistently wake me from the deepest sleep. It's absolutely not kidding LOUD.
That said, I have read in some reviews that the clock jumps ahead when cancelling the alarm. This is because cancelling the alarm requires pressing the same 3 buttons that set the clock. I have found that this will not occur if you press the key button on the front LAST while holding the other two in. Having learned that, it's not a problem. Also, you will have to set the alarm each time it is used. It does not remain set each day like most do. This is good though because as loud as this thing is, you do NOT want it to go off accidentally if you plan to sleep in.
