3 of 3 found this helpful After about a week of use, It's working very well. With the analog temperature control it's hard to get the temp exactly how you want it, but it's not too bad. It's cooling about 300 sq. ft. easily with outside temps in the low 90s and close to 100% humidity. Installation was very easy to do with one person, and no need to go outside other than to remove the window screen. I get a small amount of water intrusion when it rains, but I may have skipped a step or two on the installation. If it lasts a reasonable length of time, I'll be very happy with it.
