During my 20 plus years buying and selling items on Ebay, and other Avenues, I've learned quite a lot about people and great customer service. The key is providing great products at great prices making sure they are received packaged properly so you can experience a great deal. One thing that always irritated me was when buying something then to have it arrive late, wrong or damaged from being improperly packaged? I can't control 3rd party carriers like USPS, FED-X, UPS or Others but I can do my best to minimize any issues.
I'm a Quality Assurance geek I don't ask much just that whatever I buy or sell anything, It should arrive promptly and in great condition or as described (especially not damage.) Everybody likes peace of mind and I'll do my best that's what makes me stick out from others.

Not everything is Black or White
Installed it in my printer and it did not work properly? After troubleshooting the issue it looks like the cartridge is defective or the ink inside is defective as I replace it with another HP 63XL Cartridge and it worked. All I could figure is it looks like the ink inside must have dried up? So it's pretty much useless to me so I'm out the money.

Expensive Filters?
I had to reorder and replace my water filter in my refrigerator it's pretty easy to replace but should have a place to install the install date so you know when the next one is due? It's a nice filter but sadly way overpriced. From what I read the others are not as good so went with the OEM filter.

These Seemed To Have A Magnetic Personality
I needed something that I could use to attach objects together that was not real big or to a steel background. I'm good with these provided they don't rust or lose their magnetism. However this could be considered a choking hazard issue like small batteries to pets and small kids if accidently swallowed. Wouldn't be a bad idea to provide a warning choking issue label on the package just a thought.
