It took them 13 days to create a shipping label. It took you 4 more days before finally shipping it. Then it took 3 days to be delivered (no problem with the shipping carrier once it was finally given to them). It took 13 days for the item to be manufactured, packed, shipped, go through customs, and register as being in the USA. Did you not look at the location, shipping and handling time? Sorry but that is the normal average time for an item to be delivered from China.
