Golf Buddy Voice 2
The unit is compact, rechargable and easy to use. The tiny manual requires a microscope to read, but you can go to golfbuddydotcom and download a full size version in .pdf format that you can print out.
You don't have to download most courses because they come preloaded. You don't have to specify the course - the Voice 2 figures it out from your GPS coordinates.
While it gives the distance to the front, middle and back of the green, it doesn't tell you the distance to common impediments, such as fairway bunkers, ponds or streams.
Another useful feature is the ability to measure the length of your drive or fairway shot.
Finally, you can invert the screen depending on how you clip the unit to your hat, pocket or belt.

Bye bye Radio Shack
Gone but this product was one of the many products we'll miss. Works as described as a wireless extender. The first unit translates the IR signal from the remote control to RF. The other unit, in a different room, converts the RF back into IR that changes the channel or volume of the entertainment unit being shared. Best of all, the package included a very small IR emitter that can be placed close to the entertainment console.

Battery for LG cell
Wish I had bought the battery before I got talked into getting a replacement cell phone. This battery is rated at 3500 mA-hrs. The original battery was only 3000 mA-hrs. Phone is working fine now. Only $6.50.
