Great find for HP 8566B
1 of 1 found this helpful In my thinking the HP 8566B and HP 8668B are what most other analyzers measure up to. In this case the description of a tested working unit at the lowest price I have seen, with lower cost shipping made this a great find. The 8566B came vary well packed and no damage.
I connected it to the display I already had from my 8568B and it worked first try.

They fit and they look good once installed
It fits! It wasn't difficult to assemble the front and back halves. It was easy to bring up the ladder to the roof, and it lined up well. Not much else to say. Worth another look after a couple years.

It works fine
The memory worked fine when installed. Still works fine. The bios recognized it first try, and linux uses fine. I can't answer to "Is it fast" How fast a computer can access memory to read or wright is a function of the computer's hardware and memory's latency.
