Just like the original
I used one of these as a kid and loved it. It had been in the household since the late 1940s, (I think) and it got a lot of use due to its versatility and ease of use. The new ones are very faithful to the original, and the packaging even looks authentic enough to be original. It comes with a recipe book, but you'll soon be creating your own specialties.
It's a great product for kids to use.

First time top replacement
This top appears to be very well made with good attention to detail. I was a bit nervous as there were no instructions with it, but the internet has plenty of helpful videos. Take your time, do it indoors if possible. If you took the old top off by yourself, you can put the new top on by yourself. Most of it is common sense with a bit of tugging and pulling.
Again, it looks great, it is well made and it fits perfectly. You can do this!

Better than expected
"Just" cables? No. These are actually better than the original stock cables. No plastic fittings and the cables are a bit beefier than stock. They were a perfect fit. And better yet was the fast service. I had pulled the old top off only to find that both cables were broken and I couldn't finish the job without new cables. I ordered these on a Monday and was installing them on Wednesday. Good luck if finding a better product or better service.
