  just simply never received - 1st said forgot to ship after weeks of waiting - 2nd made a label with usps and then never took to be shipped - after weeks of waiting e-bay just simply issued a refund (and no did not request because did want sweatpants) - have actually had good experiences on w-bay but this simply wasn't one of those times

  this buyer was crazy. this was her first ever sale on ebay, and she started complaining the day she bought the pants. yes they were shipped to her, yes she received them and yes she claimed she never received them and had ebat issue a refund. beware
