  I purchased in advance for Christmas. Weeks after purchasing I had to inquire because shipping was taking so long. Seller replied back saying item was going to be shipped. The next day without explanation the item was not shipped, and I was refunded. I had to scramble and find another hat for Christmas because I had been waiting on this one. I am not sure what happened, but communication early on would have helped greatly with this transaction.
