This was clearly a handling issue. Seller was completely professional! Easy communication. Very easy refund of my broken item. This was a loss for both of us. Highly recommend this seller. A++++.

This vacuum feels and performs like a toy. The only thing it’s good for is light cleaning of hard floors. The crevice tool is attached and doesn’t stay extended while using. Keep having to straighten it out. I paid $10. and that’s about all it’s worth.

XL cartridge worth it
I always purchase the XL cartridge because it lasts way longer than the standard capacity cartridge and is a much better value in my opinion.
