HP 934 Black Ink Cartridge

Disappointed

The fact that this item and that of the color cartridges I also purchased which are in an actual HP package, my printer would not accept them as actual HP products. These were not cheap and it was very disappointing that after spending that money I cannot use them. I tried several times to install them with no luck. I had the cartridges for about a month before I tried using them - and after I left feedback which I like to do quickly. Who knew this would have happened? So I can't help but wonder, why? Has anyone had the same thing happen?
