Great Cell Phone
I needed a replacement cell phone for the one I had. I could not hear the old phone ring at certain times. This new Samsung cell phone is very good. It has many features I didn't have on the old phone. The price was great. If I had to find something negative to say, it would be it doesn't come with a booklet of instructions. Samsung only supplies this through a download. I downloaded the instructions (100+ pages)and am good to go. The cell phone has a camera and messaging and alot of other features I will never use. The reception sound is very clear. I'm a happy customer.

Just what I expected

Good product
I bought this as a gift for a family member. It did not work properly and I had to return it. The return process was incredible easy. I ordered another one and it does the job well. My family member is happy so I am happy. The toaster pop up feature is unique. You can prepare food quickly with a lot less cleanup. These small counter top broilers are so practical.
