Well made product, limited installation locations on a Jeep Wrangler
1 of 1 found this helpful Just received this lock box in the mail today, Super fast shipping. Kudos to the seller. Lock box is well made and appears to be very secure. Egg shell padding inside should protect contents from damage in all but the most extreme circumstances (i.e. falling off the edge of the Grand Canyon). Due to its dimensions it has limited mounting locations in a Jeep Wrangler. I have a 2002 TJ and was hoping this would fit under the drivers' or passengers seat, but it is too wide. It will easily mount under the fold and tumble backseat, but with the seat removed care must be taken when hauling gear or material to avoid scratching the lock box. The lock box may interfere with hauling large items or may require removal so that everything you are hauling fits flat on the floor. All in all a well-made and secure lock box for any valuables you may want to leave in your jeep.
