Junk - scammer product!
It never worked properly. I've tried it in three different devices. Constant read/write errors on my tablet PC running windows 10. My Samsung Galaxy Express 3 phone said it was corrupt and crashed every time I tried to format it. My macbook pro wasn't recognizing it as a drive.

Great value!
It was easy to install and seems to be better quality at a lower price than the Bio Bidet unit that I bought 10 years ago. My only concern is that the water goes on/off just a few degrees turn from the off position which is the furthest the knob will turn that way, so I worry that it might leak in the future as it wears with age, but no leaks now! The nozzle splash guard is nice, something that my old and more expensive unit didn't have.
