Mixed feelings
1 of 1 found this helpful When I purchased the Zune I wanted to get away from the Itunes/Ipod limitations and thought that perhaps because it was a Microsoft product it would be easier to manage my audio and video files. I found out that is NOT the case. The software to load any files is really mediocre. It takes forever to download and it is not user friendly.
The Zune unit works great, it has FM capability and the video quality is great. Not to thrilled about the volume output but of all the MP3 players I have owned, it does have the best user interface.
