Great Lights!
These are great lights, I looked all over at brick & mortar stores and online. When I found these I thought that the price was incorrect! There are only 2 negative things that I have to say that apply to ME is that even though they are a 48' cord there are only 15 lights (there were 16 bulbs included in the set and one came broken, so thank goodness there was a spare) so that means one light for every 3.2 feet of cord and they are really bright. I wanted them for my outdoor entertaining gazebo to provide ambient lighting in the evenings and they are a little brighter than I would have thought. They are 7 watt bulbs which is what most Christmas lights are (for outdoors) but these are super bright! The second thing is i wish that they had an option to have colored bulbs as I took down a set that had colored ones and I thought they were really festive. The cord is really think and seems durable, and the lights seem well made. So far they have survived a couple downpours that we have here in TX but it has only been about a month, time will tell if they can stand up to the heat and rigors of TX weather! So far so good, I am looking for colored bulbs to replace the clear ones.

Hard to find bulbs
Hard to find light bulbs, don't last very long but happy to find them at a good price

2 of 2 found this helpful It was fairly easy to put up even without instructions, there is a diagram included but not the order in which it is best to do. My husband is an engineer so we figured it out pretty quickly and and it took us a little over an hour together, with some debate on if the top and the waist high lateral bars should go on the inside or outside? (we finally decided on the inside, however the bottom one it would only fit on the outside to make everything fit) Reading everyones previous comments also helped in that process. The ties that hold it down are pretty flimsy, there are only four, one at each corner. I am not sure how it will stand up in the wind? If a strong gust hits it the little sewn on tabs that hold the tie down ropes will rip right off the thing and blow it over, I had a bigger one that this happened to! I used heavier duty tent stakes rather than the little "pin" type ones it came with. The zippers seem ok for now, although they are plastic so for longevity am not sure. It holds the heat in nice to help protect my plants, but has only been up 3 weeks so we shall see how it does in the cold and wind!
