  Pam’s review was highly unfair, I went above and beyond to help her. The customer purchased 3 items and 2 were returned with damage which I struggled to find although has pictures. She was rude & aggressive in most of her dealings making it difficult for me to reason with her demanding I refund her. I told her I’d refund her once I received the items back immediately which I did but only for the items & return post as she kept a Tshirt so would have been charged post anyway. Tantrums aren’t cool

  first of all.i opened a case file with ebay to send your items back as they both had holes.many pictures were sent to prove this.you were very unreasonable and I was not rude to you at all.your clothing were not clean and had a strong odour.ive been buying from ebay over 14 years and never have come across a seller like this.honestley for you to leave dishonest feedback shows your true colours.as pictures tell a million stories.DISGARUNTLED SELLER ARE NOT COOL!! I have excellent F/B have a look!
