shop light
I looked at allot of shop lights. This one seemed to be the best value and was similar to my last shop light. It is very bright and seems durable. I wish it had a longer cord but a extension cord is easy.

Problems with this base
0 of 1 found this helpful The plastic has had cracking problems after a couple years of use. Troll master makes a base that fits the cannon downriggers and is much stronger with no problems.

Reliable light source.
This glass chimney is of very good quality. I would recommend putting the lantern in what they call a cocoon. Which is a black foam protective case. Otherwise the glass can fracture from being bumped.
