  It's very strange that the watch arrived this way.As you can see in the latest feedback, everyone is very happy with the perfect condition the watch arrived in and the way the packaging was. We do everything we can to ensure that the buyer receives the watch in perfect condition. It's possible that customs damaged the watch during their inspection or that the shipping company didn't take good care of the packages.In any case, I contacted the buyer to get his money back and get full refund!
