  Charged 1.25 to ship. Told me he used PWE and plain ole stamp w NO tracking! When I asked him for tracking, he told me "You didnt pay for tracking". Excuse Me? A stamp costs, 73 cents, right? Ship cost is to be actual cost per eBay rules, thats it. He doesnt understand that tracking is in his best interest and protects himself as well. Use eBays PWE service which includes tracking next time and lose your ignorance. Buyers want tracking always. Tracking is a MUST. Get w the program.
