PS3 CONTROLLER

I purchased this PS3 Controller hoping to get a backup to the one I currently use. However after receiving the Controller and testing it, I realize it is a refurbished product. The item description says "Brand New" but it's not. It won't fully charge, turns on the System just by unplugging a charger, the L1 & R1 Buttons are sunk into the casing but they still click and the Sticks are very tight. Having said all that, it DOES work and it does LOOK new. For the price it will do for my gaming but be aware it is NOT BRAND NEW.
