  I have already left a statement and I said he should have wipe it out because it looked used he told me why and I said ok no problem I am not going to do this every week if you sell something new it should look new it was a mistake on his part and I don t have any problem wit his explanation end of story

  Biuyer made no attempt to contact me to seek resolution. He claimed feeder was used. The feeder was unused. I acquired it from a hardware store at auction. The dirt was an accumulation of dirt from sitting on a shelf for a long time. There were no defects, scratches or broken plastic and the heater works. I made no claim in my ad that it would be clean of storage dirt.
