A goldmine of dark humour high surrealism and anarchic politics. Fine stuff
A semi-narrative assemblage of rare beauty and horrific humour. It doesn't have the majestic scope of his later works such as 'Cities of the Red Night' ( highly recommended ) but it is a less demanding read than many of his wilder cut-ups. A must for dedicated Burroughs fans and a good port of entry for those new to his work.

Exquisite.
A key text for understanding the complexity of religious thought in the 2nd and 3rd Centuries. Very beautifully written too. Highly recommended - VIVA!

Is mainly good
Bit fiddly at first if you've got normal human sized hands, but once you get used to the iddy biddy buttons its a doddle to use. Midgets, children, and tyrannosaurs would love it.
