SERIOUS kitchen device!
This mixer is "old school" heavy duty, a well-made, quality product that actually DOES what it is supposed to do. I don't dish out compliments about a product unless they are EARNED, and this machine rates five big honkin' stars!
The "dough hook" ran strong & solid for 20 minutes of kneading (RIDICULOUSLY tedious by hand), and turned cheap, basic, ingredients into a perfect, uniform, dough ball that became hearty, delicious, hot bread. This was on my first try, by a guy who is a "newbie" to baking. I may be new to baking, but I recognize a quality machine when I see one.
Makes it cheap & easy to impress your friends & family with your newfound culinary abilities!

Great safety! Slice your food, not your fingers!
I have to admit, I was skeptical at first, but these REALLY WORK! I tested by running straight-blade knife over one WITHOUT my hand in it, no damage! Keep in mind, they are NOT chain mail, won't protect you from stab wounds.
When using my mandolin, makes life SO much easier. A friend sliced a big hunk of his fingertip off when doing mandolin slicing bare handed. NOT good.
Good price, good product, VERY pleased!

GREAT item, great value, does exactly as it should!
4 of 4 found this helpful A very reasonable price for a well made fry pot! Not the heaviest weight aluminum, but quite adequate for the task, and a good value for the $$.
To the reviewer who left a "1 Star" rating because the handles were HOT and they needed to use pot holders(!)- Um, it's made of metal (aluminum), the handles are ALSO aluminum, and when used as intended, it's sitting on a FLAME and contains searing hot oil.
The reviewer is surprised that the handles are hot!
For the safety of that reviewer, they need to go find a comfy chair in an interior room of a sturdy building, have a seat, and stay there. That's the only way someone of their level of intelligence and common sense will be safe.
