"Simple tool for simple needs"

It is not the best engineered rotary tool on the market but it might be the cheapest. It comes as it is seen in the photos and the value is great but the accuracy of the tool isn't what I had hoped for. The run-out, as I call it, or the ability to spin with accuracy without wobble isn't very good. The other thing I fault it for is its lack of ability to run at lower RPMs. It starts very fast and can only be dialed faster.
