Aquaseal SR Shoe Repair Adhesive 10410 it's versatile and as strong as steel and as flexible as rubber. I've been using it patching leaky chest waders for 30 years.. Word of caution try not to get it on your hands or skin it's as thick as honey and if you accidently get on your clothes you'll never get off of the fabric.

Aquaseal Wet Suits Dry Watersports Gear Repair Kit Urethane Adhesive Sealant is clear fixable and is the strongest glue on the planet. I've been using it for over 35 years repairing leaky chest waders. A word of caution using this glue, try your very best not to get it on your hands it's gooey like honey and it's not easy to get off of your skin or if you spill it on your close it will become part of the fabric. When done using it store it in the freezer or you'll never get the cap off.
