It's great!
The motherboard works great! It seems to be lower profile with a small form factor and only 2 ram slots, but I think that's perfect for someone like me who doesn't need ALOT of ram or overclocking

Looks great... Just DONT REMOVE IT!!!
I bought these a year or two ago, and they look great! Not sure if they provide more cooling, but they are great for cosmetics! HOWEVER, DO NOT PLAN ON REMOVING THEM. The adhesive that is used starts to fuse with the memory chip, and after removing it after a year or two, the heat sink tore off an entire chip from the ram board. Be VERRY CAREFUL WITH THIS THING! It is by no means a bad product... Just know what your getting into.
