Great Flat Iron with one small flaw...
I would have given this five stars. It is the best flat iron I've ever had but because the slide button to bring out teeth when you are using water can accidentally engage this while you are just in smooth flat iron mode will yank and snag hair, possibly a design flaw. It's easily engaged. Otherwise bar none it is the best straightening iron I have ever owned.
