Worth the price!
This is a very nice stapler. It's light, comfortable to use and drives the staples better than any hand powered unit.

Great knife. Worth the money
VERY THIN and lightweight but nicely rigid with tight tolerances, Nice edge on the blade and positive blade lock. Love that I can use it as a money clip. Tired of losing good knives because I have them clipped to the pocket. That won't happen again.

Why spend more?
Why spend the big $$$ for the name brand? The battery inside this case is the same. Works great.
