Stainless Steel Boat Launching Trailer Wheels Hand Dolly Small Inflatable Boat

Boat trailer which cannot be submerged in water.

Overall the item looks good and is as advertised, but how useless is a boat trailer if you cannot submerge it into water. The instructions say the needle barring in the wheels cannot get wet. For this reason I knocked off two stars. The item was shipped in a timely manner, no complaints there.
